Ingredients

  • 1 cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp magnesium citrate powder (optional)
  • Instructions

    1. Mix cherry juice, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan and heat over low heat.
    2. Stir in honey and magnesium powder if using.
    3. Pour into a glass and drink about 30 minutes before bed.
