Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat the almond milk over medium heat.
  2. Steep the chamomile tea bag in the warm almond milk for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in honey and a dash of cinnamon before drinking.
