Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp ashwagandha powder (optional)
  • Instructions

    1. Heat oat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm (but not boiling).
    2. Stir in turmeric, ginger, and black pepper.
    3. Add maple syrup and ashwagandha if desired, and whisk until smooth.
    4. Drink 30 minutes before bed.
