Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp dried lavender buds
  • 1 tsp chamomile flowers
  • 1 tsp raw honey

Instructions

  1. Boil water and steep lavender buds and chamomile in a teapot for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea and stir in honey.
  3. Drink about 30 minutes before bed.
