Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Instructions

    1. Warm the cashew milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
    2. Stir in the almond butter and cacao powder until smooth.
    3. Add honey and cinnamon, stirring gently.
    4. Pour into a mug and enjoy 30-45 minutes before bed.
