Ingredients

  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • ½ tsp passionflower extract
  • 1 squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Steep the chamomile tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add honey, passionflower extract, and a squeeze of lemon.
  3. Sip slowly, about 30 minutes before bed.
