DO I NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Because some Jack Slumbers products are personal-care or consumable products, opened or used products generally cannot be restocked or resold.

In many cases, we will not require you to return an opened or used product.

Depending on the circumstances, we may ask for:

Photos of the product or packaging
Additional information about the issue
The return of an unopened product

If a return is required, we will provide instructions before you send anything back.

Please do not return a product without contacting us first.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

If the mistake was ours, you will not be responsible for additional shipping charges to correct it.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Once we process your refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds back to your account.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or when otherwise required by law.

If your order qualified for free shipping, there is no original shipping charge to refund.

If we require you to return a product because of an error on our part, we will provide return instructions and cover the applicable return shipping cost.

RETURNS CAUSED BY AN INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order sent again.
